Ahol négy rész muskotályos szőlőpálinka frigyre lép egy rész málnapálinkával, ott sajátos ízgyermek fogan. A szőlő kellemesen édeskés, finom alapjára a málna friss, üde magaslatai énekelnek új szólamot. Ízében és illatában is megkapó szerelemgyerek.
A special child of flavour is conceived as four parts of Muscat grape pálinka meet one part raspberry. The raspberry sings fresh, bright solo above the pleasantly sweet grape. A love child in both aroma and flavour.
We can “blame” the apple varieties Jonathan and Topaz for the discreet yet long flavours of compost and wax that even cinnamon reaches on one of its side tracks. Sniffing the spirit, we can then detect delicious clove and butter spices as well.
A diszkrét és mégis hosszú, kompótos, viaszos ízérzetért, mely egyik oldalvágányán még a fahéj is utat tör magának, a jonatán és a topáz fajtákat „okolhatjuk”. A párlatba szippantva aztán „megorrolhatunk” a finom szegfűszeges-vajas fűszerekre is.

We take a little of our ingredients from the pálinka so we can show even more people just what the Gönc apricot is capable of. The recipe is our grandmother’s, the technology modern, the jam is the fruit itself.
We made our Gönc apricot jam for pancakes, and we thought we should not leave the classic Hungarian potato bread without a “companion” either – so we have made jam from the famous Szatmári plums too. And it contains nothing else. Very thick, very plummy. Perfect for “eating with a spoon out of the jar”.
The sweetish aroma of ripe sour cherry fills the bowl of the glass with its delicious marzipan-cherry cognac character. The soft, creamy textured fruitiness finishes with pleasant chocolate tastes.

A palacsintához megcsináltuk a gönci barack lekvárt, gondoltuk, hogy a krumplilángost se hagyjuk „társ” nélkül – készítettünk lekvárt szatmári szilvából is. És azon túl mást nem is tartalmaz. Nagyon sűrű, nagyon szilvás, akár “kanalas” fogyasztásra is.
Pálinkánk alapanyagából csípünk le egy kicsit, hogy egy más formában, még több ember számára meg tudjuk mutatni, mire képes a természet gönci barack formájában. A recept nagyanyáinké, a technológia modern, a lekvár maga a gyümölcs.
