Its body almost recalls that of a relative’s plum, while its aroma evokes the autumn forest, tinged with a hint of citrus. The gentle tartness of wild fruits growing in the dense woods comes through in the flavor, yet the stone-fruit kernel character cannot hide amid the brush of tastes.
